Hello All,
Does anyone have any recent information on the safety of eating smoked
fish? The last post on this subject I could find was from 10/98 and even
so, did not seem very conclusive. I am not talking about fish from a can,
but rather fresh fish smoked at a fish market using a natural hardwood
process. My family has a traditonal Italian seafood "feast" on Christmas
Eve, and I am wondering what my daughter will be able to eat.
