First, thanks to all of you listmates that responded to my inquiry. Now
the good news. It was determined from all responses received that GOYA
rice flour is GF. Several people said they had personal experience in
using GOYA, and had no problems. I have also found GOYA to be less than
half the price of health food store rice flour, reason enough to try it.
My responses came from East, West and South coasts, and from the heartland
of wheat itself, so I feel I got a good representative sample. Thanks again
to all of you. Incidentally, GOYA has an internet address, under
construction, but supporting an E-mail response line. Address is
www.GOYA.com The E-mail address is, or will be, [log in to unmask] Now
you can get all your GOYA questions answered. Thanks again.
