I use jowar flour like I would use rice flour. You still need xantham gum etc.
It tastes much better than rice!!!!!! I make waffles out of it mostly. I make
my own baking mix first. I put 4 cups of flour, 1 tsp. salt, 4 tsp. baking
powder, and 4 tsp. xantham gum in a tupperware bowl and shake. That is my
baking mix. Then in the morning or when I want a snack I put 1/2 cup of baking
mix in a bowl with one egg, 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp vanilla (no alcohol) and milk
till it is perfect for pouring into a hot waffle iron. It comes out tasting
better than a white flour waffle. Enjoy.
