Can anyone offer tips on managing a gf diet in a college residence hall?
Any good/safe restaurants near the UCLA campus?
My 18 year old son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease just 2 months ago.
Symtoms since he was a toddler, and diagnosed with IBS at age 10.  We are
still in the learning stages...eliminating all gluten we know of, but still
not symptom free.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I'm new at this, but will try summarizing.
