I think this is certainly a good idea once you can differentiate between the
taste of a habitual "like" (such as cheese on toast for me) and "wholesome"
vs "unwholesome").  I believe that the ability to taste has a lot to do with
sampling food for its healthiness.

I know I have promoted "Eat Right" before, have you seriously considered
adding this method into your diet?  If you say your blood type (A,B,O,AB) I
