aloha friends, this is my last submission for awhile on this list. it has been
interesting and challenging discussing and debating health issues with ya'll.
i need to focus on studying for a land trust and don't have time right now to
keep up with all the messages. anyone who wants to email me privately is
welcome to do so. i am including a list of natural health factors that i feel
are essential to optimum wellness, perhaps some will find it usefull. aloha
and peace........forest

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INDIVIDUAL FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO OPTIMUM NATURAL HEALTH
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

INDIVIDUAL BODY
1) ability to live as close to nature as long as possible to obtain quality
water, air, sun, and minerals (and high elevation?)
2) ability to grow, gather, and trade raw food of the highest quality and diversity
3) ability to explore responsible high trust tantric sensual and/or sexual
family bonding
4) ability to exercise regularly for providing food, shelter, transportation,
and entertainment.

6) ability to keep clean and organized
7) ability to fast and/or eat healthier when sick
8) ability to use money less and nature more for livelihood

INDIVIDUAL MIND
1) ability to learn natural survival skills and self-sufficiency to be able to
spend time alone in nature and survive
2) ability to be self-motivated for action and goals
3) ability to sense danger, stressful habits, and patterns and to deal with it
without fear and violence
4) ability to access willpower and attention span
5) ability to adapt to growth and change

INDIVIDUAL SPIRIT
1) ability to tune into and refine instincts and/or intuition
2) ability to understand and reduce karma
3) ability to meditate and explore creative visualization
4) ability to connect body to mind and spirit via yoga, tai chi, etc.
5) ability to expand compassion to include more and more of life and nature
6) ability to be of service to humanity by example and by sharing wisdom and
knowledge of nature
7) ability to move toward transcending polarized thinking

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SOCIAL FAMILY FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO OPTIMUM NATURAL HEALTH
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FAMILY BODY
1) ability to create consensus land trust to access nature
2) ability to create consensus child care
3) ability to get more from nature and less from money; what money is needed
comes from cooperative consensus business in harmony with nature
4) ability to act together with consensus on work projects, noncompetitive
games and entertainment

FAMILY MIND
1) ability to have regular consensus council meetings
2) ability to learn to cooperate more and compete less with each other
3) ability to sense dangers and problems and deal with them as a group in
peaceful non-threatening ways
4) ability to refine communication and language

FAMILY SPIRIT
1) ability to channel intuitive natural harmony through group chanting or singing
2) ability to sit and meditate in silence as a group
3) ability to create consensus ceremonies and rituals
4) ability to be of service to humanity by example and share wisdom and
knowledge of nature

Optimal Independence from hierarchy leads to optimal social interdependence
with consensus. The two main areas overlooked the most by society seem to be
access to stable land and family.
