I am sorry to hear about your cavities. I have to say, it is a huge concern
of mine, the effect of fruit sugars on my teeth, given the miseries my old
decay from the SAD has already caused me. It is a big reason why I will
never rush into a fruit based diet unless I am very sure it is right for my
body at a given time (and at this time the jury is out if a high-fruit diet
ever will be right for me).
