Leah asked:

Can anyone tell me what they are and in which format they are bought?
(bottle of oil, powder, seeds etc.)?

Bragg Liquid Amino acids are basically a salt or soy sauce substitute
recommended by some raw fooders but not others. Good quality flax seed oil
has a short life cycle, several months and needs to be refrigerated. It
should have a sweet buttery taste not fishy.

Bragg Liquid Aminos are distributed in the US, by Live Food Products, Santa
Barbara, California, 93102. There is a phone number to order cook books and
such 800-446-1990.

There are a lot of distribution methods capsule or oil for flax seed oil.
You can also obtain the seeds or flax meal. For an additive to the diet I
prefer the oil. There are lots of brands of flax seed oil on the market, my
favorite is Barleans, whose bottles have press dates and expiration dates.
Barleans's Organic Oils, 4936 Lake Terrell Road, Ferndale, Washington, 98248
