Perhaps this is why we see folks like Brian Clement, Viktoras, and
even the late Ann Wigmore no longer advocating fasts when changing
to a raw-food diet.
Now, Aaron, perhaps you can write the book entitled:
FASTING CAN SHAVE YOUR LIFE
