Thanks!!!  I just really want to know if this would be good for me like
just as some kind of maintenance or something if I'm already pretty
healthy.  Also, my Cat is sick and his bowels feels hard and when he
does go and have a dump the feces are really really hard and I'm
wondering if something like this could help or anything else you or
anyone might think.

So Kirk, or any others who are experts or at least somewhat knowledge
about cassia, please Reply and let me know about more about it and your
experiences etc. and is there anything similar that you like as much,
