In a CAT5 twisted pair, you need only pins 1, 2, 3, and 6.
Reverse [or cross over] pins 1 to 3, and 2 to 6 for the cable.
The End result:
1 - 3
2 - 6
3 - 1
6 - 2

You can connect the others for neatness, but they are non-functional.
