A book that I have on ingredient derivations lists calcium lactate as being
derived from either milk or corn. If the juice is labeled kosher ( a "U"
with a circle around it), it is likely not milk derived (otherwise, it
would be labeled kosher dairy; it's not labeled pareve because, being a
juice product, it can be reasonably assumed to be pareve).
The safest bet would be to contact the company and ask.
