                    Emergency Allergy Treatment
Ana-Kits and
                    Ana-Guard Recalled

                    Epinephrine Injection Found to
be Sub-Potent

                    SPOKANE, WA (SafetyAlerts) -
Hollister-Stier Laboratories LLC is voluntarily
                    recalling some of their
Ana-Kit. and Ana-Guard. Anaphylaxis Emergency
Treatment
                    Kits. The company is taking
this action after being notified by Wyeth-Ayerst
                    Laboratories (U.S.) that they
were voluntarily recalling several lots of their
                    Epinephrine Injection product
that is used in the Ana-Kit were found to be
subpotent.

                    The Ana-Kits are a full
allergy treatment kit while the Ana-Guard is only
the
                    Epinephrine Injection syringe
in it's own holder. These treatments are
available to
                    consumers nationwide for
treating severe allergic reactions due to stinging
insects,
                    foods, pollens, dusts, molds,
drugs, and exercise or unknown substances.

Exact lot numbers are not yet
available. Each kit was distributed under the
Bayer
                    Label with the Hollister-Stier
trademark. Hollister-Steir LLC. was, until
recently, a
                    subsidiary of Bayer
Corporation. In June of this year, the company
bought its
                    independence from Bayer.

                    "Although much of the product
was sold prior to our separation with Bayer,
                    Hollister-Steir is prepared to
handle all the requirements of this recall, stated
Anthony
                    Bonanzino, President and CEO
of Hollister-Steir "Replacement kits will be
available
                    to our customers immediately"

                    Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories is
expected to release information on the specific
lot
                    numbers in the near future.
