I bought spaghetti fortified with calcium the other day -
haven't used it yet - it's from Skinner and contains these
ingredients: semolina, calcium phosphate, niacin, ferrous
sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid.
Two ounces supposedly contained 30% of the daily
requirement (based on a 2000 calories a day diet) for
calcium. My kids will eat spaghetti almost any way but
dry!
