Some computer manufacturers use special diagnostic/setup partition or a floppy
disk to run setup. I am afraid that your computer is one of those. It would be
a good idea to find out who is the manufacturer of your mother board and BIOS
and research it further from there.

it is the same company, and even if it is so, I seriously doubt they'll be able
to help you, but you can give it a try….
