I spoke to someone at Sovex Foods today (Box 2178, Collegedale, TN  37315
USA; 423/396-3145).  She confirmed that Better Than Milk? (a dairy-free
tofu beverage mix) is gluten-free.  She said that all their rice and soy
products are gluten-free.

Now I can try that soft white bread recipe that calls for powdered milk
:-) !
