Mucus: why not try by yourself? You'll soon find out whether you have
mucus or not... Dairy is to be avoided if you are allergic to it;
prefer yoghurt, cheese and kefir to milk if you are lactose intolerant
(howerver, commercial cheese is usually salted, which is not a good thing).

Daiiry is un-Paleo, but with the restrictions above, I don't think
that some raw dairy in moderation can harm.

That the Hunzas are long-lived is a legend. And disease does exist
there, despite generally healthy lifestyle and pure air. On the other
hand, in cultures where dairy is not used (hunter-gatherers,
Chinese...), life expectancy is not particularly high.

Starch is generally more digestible when cooked. No one can eat 1 lb
of raw potatoes, or of raw, unsprouted wheat. However, many people
find jewel yams and sprouted grains digestible enough to eat them in
their raw state. In the end, your stomach will make the ultimate
decision for you.
