I'm just guessing, but I believe the SCSI controller is device (0).
Jumpers 1, 2, 4 should set the ID of the other device.  Are they set
in a cross around a central pin (which should be COMmon).  Connecting
1 to COM with a jumper should count as 1.  Just add them up to a
maximum of 7 (= 1 + 2 + 4).  Usually, the jumper pins are paired,
with one of each connected to COM.
