I don't know about "cement historians" either, but I remember years ago hearing
about a guy named Jake Rebar that worked for the Portland Cement Association . .

Michael,

Didn't know there were "cement historians".  I should think the closest one
would get is a concrete historian, but in these days of specialization,
anything's possible.
