Wasn't that the joint the IRS owned (or maybe it was one around Church
St.)?  Got it off of someone in lieu of tax payment.  I bet Rudy would have
a harder time closing that one.

I thought Mayor Rudy was great until he closed that den of sin "Billys
topless" which did more for tourism @ 6 and 25th than Disney ever did; I

it was an instituition for over 30 yrs where a Yahoo out of towner like
