Even velvet roped objects get pulled back into real life. I was recently
entrusted with an anecdote whereby under museum circumstances a male and
female architect in the 70's, who were supposed to be doing a survey, stepped
beyond the velvet rope and...

Another correspondent has advised me that the differences in HP politics
between regions may not be subtle. I'm interested in knowing more of the
differences.
