I had one this evening. Quite tasty. I thought more tasty than the sweet
potato.

Person A should look into eating raw starch in the form of
soaked/sprouted grains. Example: soaked oat groats (delicious). Either
eat "as-is", or cut up a banana & put on top (or raisins or whatever),
or blend it with banana or something else, and enjoy! Also unheated
honey is great mixed in. Therefore, person A can eat 100% raw.

I like the taste. It can be an acquired taste. I used to hate the taste
of avocados and veggies and other things. No longer. It's acquired. The
body knows what's good for it when your body is pure and detoxed. And
what "excuses" did I give? I've only seen excuses coming from you. :)

Kind of like the marijuana user who uses it only once every other day,
but isn't really addicted. :)

The bottom line: raw. Some foods are raw and live. Some are just raw.
Some are just dead. Period.

I'm here to discuss raw foods, not cooked foods.
