Out of curiousity, is your description of your blood sugar levels based
on regular measurements (i.e. of blood you draw from yourself) or on
the subjective responses you feel which are commonly associated with
blood sugar fluctuations?

What kind of information are you looking for? If you can be more specific,
I'm sure lots of people will be glad to help however they can. In general,
Neanderthin is the type of diet you describe. It's just that discussion
often centres around consumption of fatty red meat, no doubt in part b/c
its healthfulness is so controversial.

Also, I find it very interesting that root vegetables, which are generally
an extremely dense source of complex carbohydrates, apparently don't give
you problems. What kind of root vegetables do you eat?
