Does he eat lamb? Some cuts of lamb are very fatty. Are you
still using the nut butters? He is starving for fat because he
needs the calories, no doubt. Ground pork should be fine, since
most pork has a higher fat content than beef anyway. Is he
sensitive to butter? It's not paleo, I know, but it certainly is
an easy source of supplemental fat, if you have to bend the rules
a bit.
