Dandelion and Chickweed are my favorites greens so far. Burdock stems and
young roots are also quite taste. Stinging Nettle greens, if it grows in
your area, wear gloves when picking, the sting goes out of them after
cooking or drying for tea--don't eat these raw!!!! Fiddle head ferns should
be coming up soon, depending on where you live. Water cress, and wild
mustards too.
