hi, cathy...i just looked in cookbooks for cream mushroom soup recipe that called for milk vs. cream (maybe found it in 1 of the red checkerboard ones...betty crocker?) & just substituted good old soy dream for the milk & it was as good as i reckoned i could expect from my own cooking...at least my 4 year old ate the pot roast i'd made it for & that's about all i'd reasonably want....!
let me know if you need a recipe & i'll look it up....marla
