I was prescribed a migraine-busting drug and when I got it home and read
the leaflet, I found it contained lactose. Unfortunately, nobody makes a
drug with the same active ingredients but without the lactose, so I'm
still using Paramax, which I don't think is that effective. And I take
beta blockers twice a day as a preventative measure. My current
stressful job is coming to an end at the end of this year, so I'm going
to come off the beta blockers and see how I go. (Sorry, I think this is
going off-topic, so I'll stop.)
