[1/2 teaspoon Spike Seasoning
This is MSG. You can find it in the supermarket, but you won't find me
consuming it.

Is this pure MSG or MSG added to other ingredients? Also, can you tell
me any other names for MSG.  I have a reaction to it within 15 mins
and would like to know how to avoid it besides in chinese food.
