Sorry if this is passe, but I discovered a great way to get more calcium
intake than just drinking the fortified OJ. I've started making
smoothies with it for my daughter and myself. I just take some frozen
fruit (peaches, strawberries, etc) and fill the blender to about the 1
1/2 cup line. I then cover that with the OJ and whirl away. Of course,
I think my 2 year old just likes playing with the straw :-)
