Steph -- I used to be able to buy a product called So Nice. It was better
than many other soymilks in terms of flavour. However, my local Health Food
store said the company lost its plant and they didn't know when it would be
available again.

The Sensational Soy from Beatrice is by far the least offensive of any
soymilk I've ever tried. In fact, it doesn't have a soy flavour at all. But
I must confess that the sweet flavour does put me off a bit. Nevertheless,
it works great in any recipe which requires sugar or especially on my
breakfast cereal.
