Yup - makes great cupcakes.
You might want to frost it with a "margarine-cream" frosting: 1/4 milk-free
margarine with at least 1 cup confectioner's sugar (add more until it
reaches the desired consistency and flavor). To this you can add vanilla
and/or cocoa powder and/or a pinch of instant coffee.
