OK, how is this stuff packaged and what section would it be in? Is this
a dry mix like Dream Whip or a tub of stuff like Cool Whip?

I've found the Coffee Creamer (by accident while I was looking at some
egg substitutes) and the store also carries the Eclairs. The Eclairs
contain Sodium Cassienate, so they are out for me, but I did eat them
before not knowing anything about them except that I'd gone to the store
with a craving for sweets. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to
track someone down who might know more about the whipped topping.

Thanks,
Kathy
