Oh, no, I certainly didn't mean to suggest that you should dismantle a
railroad embankment adjacent to a heavily traveled roadway (with cars stuck
forever in traffic and 10,000 cops) without permission.....merely that the
material you sought might be at that location, and that it might be available
on the up-and-up.
