They recently changed triscuits from pareve to kosher dairy without changing
the ingredients.  So they are probably manufacturing them on a dairy line
now.  If you are very sensitive to cross contamination you will want to be
careful.  My son has still been doing ok with Triscuit thin crisps.

For croutons, I have found this Verona Italian toast which is pareve.  I get the
sun dried tomato flavor and they are very crispy... can be broken up for
croutons or chopped for seasoned bread crumbs.
