I am attempting to make a fake "Nutrigrain" bars using Poha, or rolled rice
that imitates rolled oats. If anyone out there uses this, please let me know
hints and tips on using Poha or rolled rice. Does it need to be soaked first
when used in a cookie-type recipe? I checked the archives but couldn't find
much about the usage other than other questions like this one.
