When I sent out my posting about using my favorite recipes from some of my
cookbooks and substituting GF flour for the regular flour, I made a comment
in passing that I found Bette Hagman's recipe for scones to be great for
hamburgers. I'm sorry if I misled you. What I meant to say is that I make
her Crumpets, which I do call scones because they look like the English
scones, and I have had quite a few of you tell me that they couldn't find
them in her cookbooks. Sorry, meant to say Crumpets.
