Hi Janelle:

I'll assume you're running Win95.  If they formatted the drive and wiped out
your drivers and devices, you may want to try re-installing the cd-rom.  Go to
Control Panel and click on new hardware.  See if Win95 will detect the cd-rom
and then put in a floppy with the drivers on it.
