I've also noticed that coconut milk seemed to give me gas. I mostly ate it
with fruit, so at the time I thought it might be some sugar induced
fermetation going on in there. I've cut out most of the carbs(all fruit as
well as reducing vegetables to one meal a day) recently to help with
allergies as well as induce a bit more weight loss. No more coconut milk,
no more gas...
Just to let you know, between the carb restriction and the herbs I'm
taking, my allergy symptoms have all but disapeared. It's making summer a
whole lot more enjoyable.
