Hi Ray!!!
>>> The eye round we got was 5.99/lb ! This is Coleman's
>>>meat, which is a bit more expensive, but even 2.59 is a big difference!

Really???!!! - Before I go and get Unhealthy Grain Fed and Fattened
Antibiotic and Hormone Injected Beef, I Want Proof!!! What you said
sounds totally ludicrous to me that store bought - basically crap imho -
beef is "comparable to" lets says Natural Organic Free Range Beef.
Please don't take offense, but I'm sure that the non-Free Range Cattle
would start to develop similar diseases to Man if they weren't
slaughtered first and I don't want to put that Meat, and especially
Organs, into my Mouth and Body. I also eat all my Meat and Organs Raw -
unless I'm out at a restaurant on those few occasions and then don't
sweat it - and enjoy them that way immensely more than cooked, and from
what I found about how all the toxins etc. accumulate in the Organs
primarily I would never even think to eat any organs that weren't from
Primarily Free Range Cattle. I would love to hear your Reply to this
and I kept it short for me as I could go into a lot of other details but
I'm most interested in a Reply to this for right now - Thanks!!!
By the way, I never read your book but read an article about you I think
from '93 that was really good, so I would like more of your personal
experience and actual data in regards to this issue and also about Raw
vs. Cooked if you have any data there as well - Thanks Again!!!
- Take Care!!!
- Gregg!!!
