BTW, I purchased it at a Whole Foods in Cupertino, so Whole Foods might
have it on their web site too.

Mine is still frozen, but it pretty much l.ooks like Cool Whip.  I took a
little piece of frozen stuff to taste and it has a very strong vanilla
flavor.  That's about all I know for now.  Planning on using on Pumpkin
Pie at Xmas.
