Can anyone supply a succint description of the parliamentary arrangements
currently in place in Kosovo? I am looking for a description of the
relationships between UNMIK, KFOR, the Kosovo Transitional Council and the
Kosovo Executive Council, the composition of each body, who has authority
over who, how appointments are made and who has responsibility for what.
