Your labelling [Jewish MD's] unfortunately bespeaks the ignorance that has
been historically associated with so many of those with similarly derived
surnames. In other words, what do you think of Polish jokes? The admonition to
'relax a little' doesn't make it anymore, happily. I am now quite certain that
while Mr. Crocker told us this story, he was unaware of the implications
therein, and had no secondary agenda. This character, on the other hand, is a
