While I was channel flipping last night, I came across a show about Neanderthals.  They were discussing how Neanderthals ate the fat and marrow by cracking the raw bones open.  They said the bones were not cooked.  

I can handle raw veggies, but I am not able to eat raw meat yet.  Steak tartar and occasionally lox is about it.
