Yes, I didn't want to complicate too soon. Plus, B vitamins all compete
with each other. Hence my hint about taking B vitamins separately if
taking one for a specific reason.
And iron-deficient kids are more likely to take up lead in their systems.
Iron competes with all of the above minerals. When the Cherobyl cloud with
radioactive iodine came over the US in '86, I painted the legs of my babies
with iodine, so their system would not take up any radioactive stuff. (I
just thought of something, there is an autistic support class at our school
and all the kids were born in '85 or '86. I thought maybe it was a bad
batch of vaccine. I wonder what things are like over in Russia?)
