all i can say is i tried living on nothing but meat, water and an occasional
piece of fruit.  i ate this way for about a year, until i got severe
diverticulitis from low fiber in my diet.
maybe the Inuit are suited to eating this way, and maybe you are too, but
not everyone is.  a healthy diet (for me) needs more fiber, soluble and
insoluble.
