Mary,

        I'm not sure about percentages -- my diet isn't that scientific.  I am
trying more and more to "listen to my body," e.g., pay attention to my
general physical state and my reaction to certain foods.  One thing I
try to do if I find myself getting irritable or feeling weakish is to
eat more fat and less lean.
