just _imagine_ what would happen if everyone understood that. Look around
the grocery store-->carbs-carbs-carbs.  The economy would be thrown for a
loop.  The powers-that-disseminate information have too much at
steak<ha-ha> to let out the truth about nutrition.

Its all about money and always will be. We must arm _ourselves_ with
knowledge, because no one is going to knock on our door and tell us the
truth about everything.
