I have been working on a Gluten Free restaurant guide for the Phoenix area.
It is a small start, but a start, so I decided to go ahead and send out the
Webpage address.  Please keep in mind that my 2 small children are the
celiacs in our family, so the selection is not of sophisticated, but I will
