  You got your connectors on the back of the box, and there's a
ribbon cable from each of them to a set of pins on the motherboard,
right?
  It turns out that different motherboard manufacturers use different
pin assignments, so you cannot just connectors from one manufacturer
into another's board and expect them to work.
