Keeping them off peanuts would be a good idea. In, "The Effects on Human
Beings of a Twelve Months' Exclusive Meat Diet.", the levels of Acidolphis
bacteria, dropped to almost non-existent levels. I always heard yogurt was
the best source of Acidolphis, making it a milk, break down, type of
bacteria. This can cause two different reactions. First, when one excludes
milk products, it takes time, for other types of bacteria to replace it.
This can cause some problems, for instances, diarrhea. Over time, these stop
and the system returns to normal. Second, any time you reintroduce a milk
product, the system, no longer contains the proper bacteria to help break
down said milk product. That can also cause the system to have problems.
Sounds like your off to a good start. Keep it up.
